These Official Rules govern the Sonic Suds "Win a Grill" 4th of July Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Sonic Suds Express Car Wash, LLC, located at 720 W Georgia Road, Simpsonville, SC 29680 ("Sponsor").
Open only to legal residents of the State of South Carolina who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and members of the same household, are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations; void where prohibited.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on June 25, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 4, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be received during the Entry Period. Sponsor's computer or designated platform is the official timekeeping device.

Online (No Purchase Necessary): Visit SonicSudsWash.com and complete the free entry form with your name, email, and a valid telephone number. Each free submission is worth one (1) entry. There is no limit on the number of free entries per person, and free entrants have the same opportunity to accumulate entries as any other entrant.
Earn entries automatically (optional): You may also receive entries by purchasing a new Sonic Suds Unlimited membership during the Entry Period: new Unlimited membership at any location (1 entry); new Unlimited membership at the W Georgia Rd location (5 entries); selecting the Sonic Graphene package, added to either (+3); each referred person who also activates a new Unlimited membership (+2). Membership entries are recorded automatically on activation; the Sponsor's determination is final. Purchasing a membership is not necessary to enter or win and does not improve your odds per entry.
Entries earned by the free method and by membership have an equal chance of winning per entry. The Sponsor does not give preference to purchase-based entries in the random drawing.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $800. Awarded "as is" with no warranty. Non-transferable; no cash alternative. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about July 5, 2026. The drawing may be conducted live on the Sponsor's Facebook and/or Instagram. The potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or email and must respond and claim the prize within five (5) to seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond, ineligibility, or non-compliance may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. The winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release.
All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and fees associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required.
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, city/state of residence, photograph, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.
Information collected is subject to the Sponsor's privacy practices and used to administer the Sweepstakes. Entry does not require opting in to text-message marketing. Any consent to recurring marketing texts is separate and optional; message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out.
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, partners, and employees from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, or for technical, hardware, software, or network malfunctions. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity.

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina.
For a copy of these Official Rules or the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the mailing address listed in Section 1 within thirty (30) days after the drawing.
